Three NBA Western Conference teams that will suffer regression in 2021-22. 

NBA Training camps are set to open in two weeks and there are plenty of storylines that still need to be settled before the start of the season. And that, in part, is what makes the NBA so special and quite so entertaining.

The on-the-court product is not so bad either, though. Just last season, we saw the rise of the Phoenix Suns in the Western Conference and the culmination of a championship for Giannis Antetokounmpo and the Milwaukee Bucks.

As is almost always the case in the NBA, however, there are teams that fall on the other end of the spectrum. Teams that, for one reason or another, will inevitably take a step back. This season will likely be no different.

In the West, we take a close look at three candidates for teams that will suffer some regression in 2021-22.
