The Oklahoma City Thunder simply don’t have the talent to compete with many of the other teams in the Western Conference at the moment. Though, there is plenty to be excited about with Shai Gilgeous-Alexander and Josh Giddey.

29. Detroit Pistons

Cade Cunningham should bring some much-needed excitement and joy back into this franchise but this is a team that is still a few pieces away from competing for a playoff spot in the Eastern Conference.

This season will be all about progressing and development for the Pistons.
