28. Orlando Magic

The Orlando Magic, after trading away the face of the franchise last NBA Trade Deadline, will be looking for a new identity this season. The hope is that Jalen Suggs is the real deal and don’t overlook Mo Bamba winning the NBA’s Most Improved Player of the Year award this season.

27. Houston Rockets

It’s amazing how talented this roster is just one year after trading James Harden away. This front office did as good of a job as possible since that move and there is plenty to be excited about for this team this season.

Unfortunately, this is a year that will be all about development and trying to identify which of their young pieces are foundational.
