18. Phoenix Suns

It’s fair to be concerned about the Phoenix Suns’ slow start to the season. Though, you have to give this team some time. The big question is whether this team is suffering from an NBA Finals loss hangover or if there’s something more taking place here.

If there is, you have to begin questioning some of their recent moves.

17. Memphis Grizzlies

If there’s one thing we know about the Memphis Grizzlies, it’s that Ja Morant is an extremely explosive player. He seems to have made the jump to superstardom and appears deadset on making the Grizzlies matter in the Western Conference.

And, if he can pull that off, that’d be one amazing feat. At this point, are you doubting Morant?
