14. Toronto Raptors

The Toronto Raptors are one of the most interesting teams in the league. They have performed far better than many expected them to do through the first few weeks of the season and the team’s best player, arguably, hasn’t even played a minute for them so far this year.

It’ll be interesting to see how this team looks with a fully healthy Pascal Siakam on the roster.

13. Milwaukee Bucks

The Milwaukee Bucks may be the defending NBA champions but right now they’re playing like a team that can’t get on track. In fairness to the Bucks, they are not fully healthy and seem to be mightily struggling with getting up to play for regular-season games in November. Can’t really blame them just yet.
