24. Minnesota Timberwolves

To the surprise of no one, the Minnesota Timberwolves continue to struggle after the somewhat hot start to the season. They’re 3-7 in their last 10 games and are still trying to find some consistency beyond the scoring of Anthony Edwards and Karl-Anthony Towns.

The talent is in place, but the Wolves continue to be one of the most confusing teams in the league.

23. Sacramento Kings

After a stellar start to the season, the Sacramento Kings have begun to fall back to reality a bit over the last two weeks and now find themselves out of the top 10 in the Western Conference. What has been most concerning is the inconsistent play of De’Aaron Fox.
