Los Angeles Lakers
Right now the Los Angeles Lakers are a bad team, and I’m not sure many would disagree with that assessment. And perhaps that’s also somewhat unfair to say. I guess we can’t truly judge this team until they’re fully healthy and have all hands on deck. Fair.
That said, there are clear issues. Russell Westbrook doesn’t seem like a good fit by any means next to LeBron and Anthony Davis and this team’s supporting cast hasn’t had the impact that many believed it would have before the season started.
The Lakers may end up being a true contender when this season is all said and done with. Or perhaps a healthy LeBron is what heals all, but I just don’t see it right now. The Lakers are an extremely talented team but, at least from my perspective, this is not a true title contender right now.
