14. Memphis Grizzlies

The Memphis Grizzlies are pretty much what we all expected them to be – Ja Morant is proving to be a true No. 1 option but this supporting cast has failed to prove that it’s good enough for his team to take a legitimate step up in the hierarchy.

The question is, is there a move to be had in the trade market that will substantially improve their chances? I’m not sure there is.

13. Charlotte Hornets

The Charlotte Hornets have rebounded nicely after losing five games in a row. Charlotte has now back on track and continues to prove that they’re going to be a problem in the Eastern Conference. Is this finally the year where they can make a return to the postseason?
