24. Indiana Pacers

Just when it seems like the Indiana Pacers are beginning to play better basketball, they turn around and fall right back into a funk. I’m not sure what exactly is going on with the Pacers but I do believe we’ll see them make a semi-big move at the NBA Trade Deadline. At this point, they almost have to think about reshuffling the roster.

23. Sacramento Kings

It hasn’t been an ideal start to the season for the Sacramento Kings and there are certainly a few things that the team has to start worrying about. For one, De’Aaron Fox’s production has taken a big dip – especially as it pertains to his offensive efficiencies.

Hopefully, it doesn’t force the team to make a rash decision at the NBA Trade Deadline. Though, I don’t think most would’ve predicted that it would be Fox to be the one element of the team that is holding them back.
