20. Atlanta Hawks

After getting off to a really rough start through the first month of the season, it’ll be interesting to see what the next couple of weeks look like for the Atlanta Hawks. If this team is going to be the contender this season, they’re going to have to play at a much higher level than they’ve shown this season.

At this point, you’d have to wonder whether this team needs a bit of a roster reshuffle.

19. Toronto Raptors

The Toronto Raptors have had some really bright spots so far this season. They simply haven’t been able to play at a high level on a consistent basis. And that will ultimately be the biggest reason why this team fails to make the postseason.

Still, there’s a lot to be excited about heading into the future.
