New York Knicks trade target: Myles Turner
If the Knicks aren’t entirely sold on their frontcourt, there’s no question that they should be all-in on a player such as Myles Turner. He fits this team’s timeline and could offer something that their centers currently can’t – consistency from the offensive end.
Turner is on pace to have the best year of his career thus far, averaging 13 points, seven rebounds, and three blocks per game on 51 percent shooting from the field. Of course, there’s a big risk in trading for Turner.
He was recently diagnosed with a stress reaction in his left foot earlier this week and will be re-examined in two weeks. Especially when it comes to big men, foot injuries are not generally what you like to see.
