8 big takeaways from a blockbuster headling NBA Trade Deadline. 

The 2022 NBA Trade Deadline has come and gone and it was far from a disappointment, as has been the case in previous years. There was a little of everything, and it was all punctuated by the blockbuster trade that many were expecting to see.

Of course, as the dust continues to settle from the busy deadline, the one big storyline that nearly everyone will be talking about is the bit superstar swap between the Philadelphia 76ers and Brooklyn Nets, featuring James Harden and Ben Simmons.

It’s generally a rarity that a trade deadline actually lives up to the hype, but with this trade alone it was well worth it. Aside from that big blockbuster trade, however, there were plenty of other sub-stories that should garner some attention.
