It wouldn’t be a complete list if the Dallas Mavericks weren’t on it. After all, isn’t this the place that Goran Dragic has wanted to be ever since he was traded from the Miami Heat to the Toronto Raptors during the offseason?
Even though the Mavs acquired Spencer Dinwiddie at the trade deadline, I don’t think that entirely shuts down the idea that they could still pursue Dragic when he hits free agency after a buyout from the San Antonio Spurs.
Luka Doncic needs all the help he can get in a deep Western Conference and even though Dragic is far from his prime, there’s no question that he can still add some depth to the Mavs in the push toward the playoffs.
