Have the Golden State Warriors peaked?

Looking at the Golden State Warriors as a whole this season, there’s a chance that we may have already seen the best of this team. Stephen Curry has already fallen off the pace to his usual insane self over the last couple of months – though he’s still impossibly magical on most nights – and the Warriors will only go as far as he can take them.

Draymond Green is not healthy and there’s no timetable for his return. Even when he comes back, there’s no guarantee he’s going to be 100 percent. That’s a big problem for the Warriors, especially considering that the team is 28-6 with him and 15-12 without him this season.

If the Warriors are going to make a deep run in the playoffs, you’d have to assume he’s going to play a big part in that.

Overall, the Warriors aren’t in a terrible start. But, at least for now, it’s hard to see the Warriors winning a championship this season without each one of these concerns being quelled over the last few weeks of the regular season.
