How will the Nuggets handle the return of Steph Curry?

The Warriors’ face of the franchise, Steph Curry, participated in practice yesterday for the first time since his foot injury. This is good news for the Warriors, but bad news for the Nuggets. Any team would like to play the Warriors without Steph Curry.

He missed the last 12 regular-season games after suffering a sprained ligament and bone bruise in his left foot. It’s still not certain he’ll be able to play in Game 1, however.

Any casual fan of the NBA knows what Curry has done to the game of basketball. He’s a huge reason why shooting the three-pointer has become a necessary skill to have. The game has changed to a shooters league in the last ten years or so since Curry has revolutionized the NBA. That’s why players like Brook Lopez and Blake Griffin take and make three-pointers. Something they did not do early on in their career.

Curry is a walking hall-of-famer. He’s done it all in his 13 years as a pro. Multiple NBA titles, two-time league MVP, two-time scoring champ. The Warriors are a different team when Curry is on the floor. When will Steph make his return to the starting lineup?
