NBA: 7 overreactions from the first full week of the playoffs
The Utah Jazz need to blow up the blueprint
Through their first four playoff games, the Utah Jazz has been a mess. Have they had bright moments against the Dallas Mavericks? Absolutely. But it’s hard to watch this team and not notice the mess that they’ve turned into.
There’s been sideline arguing, too many defensive lapses, and some real questioning has to be taking place behind the scenes. Has the duo of Donovan Mitchell and Rudy Gobert hit its ceiling? Will it simply not get any better than it’s already been?
This is a team that desperately needs a change. I’m not sure if they need to trade one or both of Gobert and Mitchell, but it’s hard to envision this team bright back the same exact core next season.
