Bradley Beal will be linked to a team not named Washington Wizards

On NBA Draft night, I predict that the noise around Bradley Beal is only going to grow. And we kind of saw the start of that late Tuesday night when it was reported that Beal was intending on opting out of the final year of his contract with the Washington Wizards.

Beal is one of the most intriguing mysteries of the offseason and could either demand a trade or leave Washington in free agency. I believe that he’ll officially – and credibly – be linked to a team on draft night.

The drama that awaits us is not just surrounding the draft and the Beal situation will be a swift reminder of just that.
