14. Houston Rockets

Heading into the 2022-23 NBA season, the Houston Rockets are once again going to hand the keys over to the franchise to Jalen Green and the rest of the young core. And rightfully so, the Rockets have one of the most talented young rosters in the league at the moment.

Between Green, Kevin Porter Jr., Alperen Sengun, Jabari Smith, and Tari Eason, the Rockets have a collection of young players that they want to see make strides this season. That was part of the reason they traded Christian Wood and why Eric Gordon will likely be next.

While embracing the youth movement, it wouldn’t be fair to expect the Rockets to be that much better this season. Last year, the Rockets finished the season with 20 wins. I think it will be a little more of the same, unfortunately, for Houston.
