This is a game that has already been reported but could still be subjected to change. Especially considering that the NBA hasn’t officially announced the full schedule for the 2022-23 season.

At least on paper, this is a game that could provide some major intrigue. It was the big stars in LeBron James, Anthony Davis, and Luke Doncic – perhaps even Kyrie Irving (we won’t jump the gun).

Nevertheless, the Lakers and Mavs are expected to be two of the teams in the Western Conference that are expected to make noise. The big question regarding both of these teams, though, revolves around how healthy they will be and how their pieces fit together.

If this game sticks, this should be one of the marquee games of the Christmas Day slate.
