NBA Schedule Release: Predicting the 2022 Christmas Day slate

It would be somewhat surprising if we didn’t see a rematch of the NBA Finals on Christmas Day. It’s something that we’ve seen the NBA schedule makers do over the last few years.

And why wouldn’t they want to make it happen again? Even more so if there’s at least a chance that this year’s version of the Celtics can include Kevin Durant.

A lot would have to happen between now and the start of the new season, but can you imagine if the NBA hits on a rematch from last year’s NBA Finals while also throwing in Durant into the mix?

It would be a huge win for everyone involved. But, again, even without Durant, a rematch from last year’s Finals would be a solid decision for Christmas Day.
