The New Orleans Pelicans have the talent

There is no question that the New Orleans Pelicans are full of talent. When healthy, they have everything necessary to make a deep playoff run. Jose Alvarado was on fire last season and became a fan favorite with his on-ball defense and ability to frustrate whoever he guards.

Herbert Jones was one of the better and most underrated first-year players as well. Jonas Valanciunas can’t be overlooked as one of the most fierce veteran centers in the league. All that while Brandon Ingram has been playing at an all-star level for the past three seasons.

CJ McCollum looked comfortable with the team after he was traded there from Portland and if Zion Williamson can remain healthy, there’s no question that the Pelicans can be a dark horse threat in the Western Conference this season.
