LA Clippers  – Amir Coffey

Amir Coffey has seen a steady progression during his first three seasons with the LA Clippers. What will his fourth season look like? That’s a big question mark.

The difficult question for Coffey’s role heading into this season is whether the return of Kawhi Leonard and Paul George will impact his role. The Clippers will be a title contender this season, and that could make it tough for Coffey to get as many opportunities as he did last season.

Los Angeles Lakers – Lonnie Walker

It’s tough to pinpoint a breakout candidate for the Los Angeles Lakers but Lonnie Walker does make sense for the team. He’s a young athletic wing that LeBron James and Anthony Davis are going to need at some point in the season.

He has a chance to fill a void that, if the Lakers are going to contend, will need to be filled. And Walker could be just the player to do so. He’s coming off a season in which he 12 points during his final season with the San Antonio Spurs.
