The Milwaukee Bucks are somewhat of a dark horse favorite

In a way, the Milwaukee Bucks can be viewed as a dark horse favorite in the Eastern Conference. This is a team that could compete with any other team in the league, but because of their lack of activity during the offseason, they’re not going to be talked about as frequently as some other teams in the league.

For example, heading into the season, the Boston Celtics, Cleveland Cavaliers, and Philadelphia 76ers will likely be the three teams that receive the most hype in the East. Even though the Bucks should be on that list, they could be left out by many.

Sure, the Celtics improved by adding Malcolm Brogdon, the Cavs with Donovan Mitchell, and the Sixers with PJ Tucker, but you can make the argument that the Bucks’ roster is still more dynamic than each of those teams.

The Bucks aren’t perfect by any means, but it’s funny how an injury-riddled playoff run has completely allowed people to forget just how good Milwaukee is. I feel like the Bucks are set up to have a huge season.
