Memphis Grizzlies – Ziaire Williams

As long as Ja Morant remains healthy, the Memphis Grizzlies are going to be an interesting team in the Western Conference. However, for this team to make the next leap, they’re going to need another player to rise and up their game.

One x-factor for the Grizzlies heading into this season is Ziaire Williams. Memphis has been great at player development and Williams could be the next player ready to make such a jump.

Miami Heat – Omer Yurtseven

The Miami Heat is going to need some internal development to keep pace with the rest of the Eastern Conference. One player that could play a bigger role for the team this upcoming season is Omer Yurtseven.

When he was on the floor last season for the Heat, he often looked lost and out of place. However, with another year of experience and development under his belt, perhaps he can help change the team’s outlook. And perhaps even help cushion the loss of PJ Tucker.
