19. Chicago Bulls

Quite frankly, I’m not sure what to expect from the Chicago Bulls heading into this season. And that’s mostly due to the injury to Lonzo Ball, who recently got an additional surgery and won’t be ready for the start of the season.

There are plenty of questions still surrounding his injury and not much clarity. Though, with Zach LaVine and DeMar DeRozan healthy and with a chip on their shoulder, it will be interesting to see how the Bulls come out to start the year.

If they can get off to a good start, the return of Ball (whenever it happens to be) could boost the Bulls into the second half of the season. Chicago has an interesting roster but it remains to be seen just how good they can be in the East.
