2. Darius Garland behind Tyrese Maxey?

Darius Garland has quickly become a rising star in the NBA. Entering just his fourth season, Garland is already among the top point guards in the league, earning an all-star section this past season.

Garland has quickly become one of the most underrated players in the NBA. Garland is a great ball handler who can create space for himself effortlessly. He has no problem driving to the rim at will, and we will see his assists increase dramatically with the addition of Donovan Mitchell to the already star-studded Cavs roster.

We could consider Garland a top 40 player, but having him behind Tyrese Maxey at 46 is a bit disrespectful. Maxey is a good player and a rising star in his own right, but he’s not better than Garland right now.
