NBA Bold Prediction: Zion Williamson wins MVP

Yes, this is a long shot, but listen, and I will explain why Zion Williamson will have a chance at the MVP trophy. Many people don’t expect that he can stay healthy for more than a couple of months, but he will play longer than some people expect.

Williamson looks to be at a much healthier weight. Clearly, he turned off the volume of the media and social media world and focused on what he needed to do. People thought he couldn’t achieve the proper weight he needed to stay on the court, but Williamson looked fantastic in his preseason appearances. Williamson is lean and just as explosive as before his foot injury. His freak athleticism is back, and he is looking to take over the NBA again.

Once Williamson adjusts to game speed, he will dominate games, even against the top teams in the league. The Pelicans have a ton of talent, ranging from elite star potential in Brandon Ingram and CJ McCollum to Jose Alvarado, who is a fantastic defender. Alvarado looks to have improved his offensive game significantly.

Zion and the entire Pelicans roster have the talent to make a big splash in the 2022-23 NBA season. Williamson can average 30-32 points per game this season and improve his rebounding. His health and weight loss will enable him to jump repeatedly, making dunks with less possible injury, making him nearly impossible to stop on both ends of the court.

Williamson has the drive, the humbleness, and the must-see TV style of play that blows fans’ minds. He will be elite on both ends of the floor with an improved 3-point shot, so get on the hype train again and watch him soar to an MVP award.
