4. Brooklyn Nets

The Brooklyn Nets are one of the more intriguing teams heading into the 2022-23 NBA season. It’s not just Kyrie Irving and Kevin Durant, though. Throw Ben Simmons into the mix and you begin to understand why there will be so many eyes on this team to start the year.

If – and that’s a big “if” – it all clicks for this team, they have the potential to win a title this season. The odds of KD, Kyrie, and Simmons all clicking in a matter of a few months doesn’t seem great. Will they prove me wrong?

3. Philadelphia 76ers

This may be the best – and most realistic – shot that the Philadelphia 76ers have at winning a championship since Jimmy Butler was on the roster. If Joel Embiid and James Harden can remain healthy, the Sixers should win a ton of regular season games.

The questions revolve around this team in the postseason. Can Embiid and Harden get it done when it matters most?
