28. Charlotte Hornets

The Charlotte Hornets fans, unfortunately, don’t have much to look forward to this season. Unless LaMelo Ball makes a giant leap this season, the Hornets are likely going to miss the postseason again. And it wouldn’t be all that surprising if they finished as one of the three-worst records in the Eastern Conference this season.

For the Hornets this season, come for Ball but don’t stay for much else – and that’s not meant to be a shot at the rest of the roster. This is just going to be a trying season for Charlotte.

27. Indiana Pacers

The Indiana Pacers have some promising pieces on their roster and there are two players, specifically, that I’ll be keeping a close eye on this season. Tyrese Haliburton and Bennedict Mathurin have the opportunity to change the math of Indiana’s future.

But that doesn’t mean it will be smooth sailing this year.
