24. Oklahoma City Thunder

This is likely going to be another difficult season for the Oklahoma City Thunder but there are some intriguing pieces on this team’s roster. Chet Holmgren may be out for the season but Shai Gilgeous-Alexander, Josh Giddey, Aleksej Pokuševski, and Jaylin Williams are all worth keeping an eye on this season.

I’m not really sure what the ceiling is for this Thunder team but the continued development of this team’s young players is enough to offer some intrigue.

23. Houston Rockets

The Houston Rockets arguably have the most talented young roster of the rebuilding teams but there are going to be times this season when this roster is simply difficult to watch. Jalen Green should offer some intrigue and Kevin Porter Jr. can go off on any given night, but this team lacks the consistency to keep viewers engaged.

More often than not, the Rockets are going to be a second or third (or worse) screen team. It’s probably better to catch the highlights rather than tuning in for an entire game.
