Taking a closer look at five of the scariest early-season trends from a few o the big-name stars around the NBA. 

Nearly two weeks into the 2022-23 NBA season, there is a lot to digest. Predictably, there have been teams that have both under and overperformed. Stars that have done the same from an individual standpoint. It’s still early on in the season and there is plenty that can still happen to change anyone’s trajectory – individual player or team.

That said, it’s hard to deny that there are a few concerning early-season trends that have begun to develop for a few players.

There are a few scary trends that have begun to take shape in the NBA

Just looking at the league from an objective standpoint, the Los Angeles Lakers have yet to win a game, the Milwaukee Bucks look really good even though they’re not even fully healthy yet, and the Brooklyn Nets look like a team that carried over their baggage from the offseason into the new campaign.
