24. Utah Jazz

Many expected the Utah Jazz to be one of the worst teams in the league. Many thought they would not win many games and that this would be a long season for the fan base. At least to start the season, the opposite has happened.

The Jazz competes every night and has outpaced their projects through the first couple of weeks of the season. It would be unfair to expect them to keep it up, but perhaps they may have found something in Will Hardy.

23. Sacramento Kings

The Sacramento Kings have gotten off to quite the slow start to the season but they’ve also had one of the most difficult schedules to start the year. I’m banking on this team figuring it out and bouncing back to a certain extent.

The Kings are talented and I believe that will begin to show over the next few weeks.
