22. New York Knicks

The New York Knicks need to make a move before the NBA Trade Deadline. This is a team that has talent on its roster but for one reason or another has struggled in trying to figure out how to get all its pieces to fit.

Especially if the Knicks end up missing the playoffs entirely this season, they will have some big decisions to make regarding some of their key players and possibly head coach Tom Thibodeau. Underperforming usually doesn’t land great in New York.

21. Miami Heat

The Miami Heat is another veteran-laden team that has been extremely disappointing this season. Even though it’s easy to blame some of their issues on the injuries that they’ve had to battle so far this season, there seem to be deeper issues going on.

Quite frankly, I’m not really sure how this team is going to proceed forward. The Heat may be stuck this season. Not sure how one of the best front offices in the league could not see this disaster coming.
