NBA Trade Rumors: 3 teams that should be interested in Kyle Kuzma

The Atlanta Hawks should be interested in Kyle Kuzma under one condition; if they can pull off the move by swapping John Collins in the process.

It should not come as a surprise that the Hawks are willing to shop Collins. Atlanta is missing what he used to bring on the offensive end and if he’s not that dynamic of a player on that end of the floor, his deficiencies on the defensive end of the floor are highlighted even more.

I’m not saying that Kuzma is a much better defender, if at all, but he is a better offensive player right now. And if the Hawks aren’t going to swap Collins for a defensive power forward, they might as well try to move him for one that is immensely better (at least right now) on the offensive end.

Kuzma may not solve all of Atlanta’s issues but there may not be a better option out there right now with Collins’ dwindling trade value.
