20. Toronto Raptors
The Toronto Raptors are a team that has been brought up in the rumor mill that could potentially be a surprise seller at the deadline. That said, I still believe that the Raptors have more than enough talent to make a run during the second half of the season in the Eastern Conference.
For now, they are nothing more than a team with potential. They have a lot to prove during the second half of the season. Otherwise, this front office will absolutely make some changes during the offseason.
19. Atlanta Hawks
The Atlanta Hawks have one of the most interesting rosters in the league. They have the potential to be one of the most dynamic offenses but haven’t been so thus far. The duo of Dejounte Murray and Trae Young has not worked out as it seemed, and Young is close to having one of the worst seasons of his career thus far (especially in terms of efficiency).
This is a team that has some big questions to answer heading into the NBA trade deadline that stretch far beyond just what they want to do with John Collins.
