Chicago Bulls

Two offseasons ago, I can’t imagine that the Chicago Bulls believed that they would be in the position that they currently are in. This is a team that is likely going to be forced into another retooling (at the very least) and potentially a complete rebuild. And it’s quite unfortunate how it all went downhill for this team. It’s hard not to look at this team and wonder “what if” Lonzo Ball never go injured?

Nevertheless, it’s the hand that this franchise has been dealt and it would be in the best interest of the front office to try and make the best of the situation. Ball is likely going to miss all of the 2023-24 NBA season and it’s hard to imagine this team taking a step forward this offseason without making a big move.

The Bulls have to make a move. You have to wonder whether they’ll think about just blowing up everything and starting completely over. At the very least, it has to be something that the front office will discuss heading into the offseason.

Next. NBA Mock Draft 4.0: Bulls land a new face of the franchise; Lakers make a trade. dark

There are many teams around the league that could be on the verge of some big change this offseason. And these are four that should probably think hard about that potential.
