NBA Mock Draft: Meet the top 10 shooting guard prospects of the 2023 NBA Draft class.

With the NBA Playoffs in full swing, the 2023 NBA Draft should be here in no time. In fact, the NBA Draft Lottery is now officially less than a month away which will lead to only more intrigue heading into this year’s NBA Draft. The Draft Lottery is really the springboard to the official pre-draft season.

And in an NBA era that is driven by excellent guard play, it’s imperative for teams to find difference-making guards that are both ready to play right away and who have superstar potential. But that’s often easier said than done. Especially when it comes to the NBA Draft, which too many times is often a game of luck.

Continuing to rank the top prospects at each position, we shift our attention to the shooting guard position.

10. Sidy Cissoko, France

Heading into the 2023 NBA Draft, Sidy Cissoko is going to be considered one of the bigger question marks at the shooting guard position. But what teams will like most about Cissoko is the potential that comes with selecting him, whether that’s late in the first round or in the second round.

He has the athleticism and size to potentially develop into a difference-making player at the next level but his shooting efficiency is his biggest weakness. And considering he’ll likely play the SHOOTING guard position at the next level, that’s somewhat of a concern. Nevertheless, there’s a chance that Cissoko can rise up draft boards over the next few weeks which could lead to him being a first-round selection.
