The decisions that are made over the course of the next few weeks will be extremely telling of what the future of the Golden State Warriors will be. Everyone knows that the Warriors have some big free agency decisions to make, largely centered around Draymond Green (who is going to opt out of his current contract with the team), but there have been other whispers that the team could be looking to make another move or two before they even get to the start of free agency.

While it’s already been reported that the Warriors aren’t actively looking to trade Jordan Poole, he’s without question one of the bigger names that could seemingly be moved this offseason. Even more so considering the Warriors have reportedly received trade calls from rival teams gauging the availability of Poole.

The fact that the Warriors have taken or received trade calls involving Poole leads me to believe one of two things. Either word has gotten out that the Warriors won’t completely shut down the idea of possibly trading Poole or there’s somewhat of an expectation across the league that he could be available.
