10. Cameron Johnson, Brooklyn Nets

It took a few years for Cameron Johnson to find his footing in the NBA. However, over the last two seasons, he’s emerged as a truly difference-making player for first the Phoenix Suns and then most recently, the Brooklyn Nets. After being part of the package that netted Phoenix Kevin Durant, Johnson is now viewed as a key part of the Nets’ future.

I’m not sure what Johnson’s ceiling is in the NBA but there’s a chance he could make the jump to stardom as he continues to take a bigger role with the Nets. Heading into this season, he’s going to be somewhat of a second option on the offensive floor next to Mikal Bridges. There’s a real chance he ends up averaging close to 20 points per game this season.

As one of the better 3-point shooters in the league, his ability from deep will open up almost everything else for him on the offensive end of the floor. In Phoenix, Johnson was viewed as a really good supporting cast player. With the Nets, he could make the jump to stardom.
