Tobias Harris is a versatile three-level scorer asked to be a spot-up shooter to clear space for their start center in Joel Embiid. While he is an above-average catch-and-shoot wing, he offers so much more than his team calls for. Fans of the Philadelphia 76ers have become frustrated with his recent play however he has never been used to his strengths in his tenure with the team.

New Sixers head coach Nick Nurse is a savvy offensive coach so you can assume that he will be able to handle the ball more especially with it becoming more possible that James Harden has played his last game as a 76er. This results in more of that ball-handling responsibility to go to Harris where he can thrive and play his game.

Harris being undervalued is nothing new. That’s been the case for him for the majority of his career. But he could emerge as a very important piece for the Sixers this season, and there’s no question that he could still carry that load at this point in his career.
