Malcolm Brogdon, Portland Trail Blazers

While the Portland Trail Blazers may believe that their young roster would benefit from having a veteran difference-maker such as Malcolm Brogdon on the team, I’m not sure this team is fooling anyone. Before the NBA Trade Deadline, Brogdon is going to get moved again. It’s only a matter of time before it happens. You’d think that the Blazers are likely going to try to rebuild his trade value a bit by having him play the first part of the season, and then decide to trade him.

Assuming that does end up happening, the Philadelphia 76ers would be a solid landing spot for Brogdon. With James Harden on his way out, Brogdon would fill major holes for the Sixers when it comes to playmaking and overall scoring.

Brogdon is an underrated offensive player and is even a solid defender. He may not be the big name that James Harden is, but Brogdon would be a great consolation prize for a team that is still trying to compete in the Eastern Conference.
