This 2024 NBA rookie class already had high expectations with young phenom Victor Wembanyama entering the league, but what has made this rookie class more impressive is the amount of talent it has. Included in the rookie class is Chet Holmgren who missed all of last season due to a foot injury and made his debut this season, making him a rookie and adding to a very impressive class. You can make the argument that he's the current favorite to win the NBA Rookie of the Year award right now.
We have already seen the star potential of rookies such as Brandon Miller and Ausar Thompson as well as flashes from guys such as Keyonte George, Jaime Jaquez Jr., and Cason Wallace. We are still yet to see the best of guys such as Scoot Henderson and Amen Thompson as well. This is a very impressive and deep draft class.
