13. Atlanta Hawks - Donovan Clingan, C, UCONN

At this point, it's entirely impossible to predict how the Atlanta Hawks will finish this season. But they are certainly a team that could very much miss the playoffs and find themselves right back in the lottery. Projected to select No. 13 in this specific mock draft, the Hawks could take a flier on Donovan Clingan, a 7-foot-2 center out of UCONN. With the uncertainty that surrounds Clint Capela's future, Clingan could be viewed as a possible replacement for the big man.

Returning for his sophomore season, the hope was that Clingan could show both growth and improvement in his game. In six games so far this season with the Huskies, Clingan is averaging 13 points and six rebounds on 61 percent shooting from the field. It'll be interesting to see what the interest genuinely is for Clingan as a player whose skill set lines up with the more traditional defensive big man. But he's surely a player that could be taken in the lottery.

If the Hawks are looking for shot-blocking and a more traditional offensive center to replace Capela and to play next to Onyeka Okongwu, perhaps Clingan could be a fit.
