8. Chicago Bulls - Zaccharie Risacher, F, France

At roughly the quarter-mark of the season, it's looking more and more like the Chicago Bulls are going to make some big changes at the NBA Trade Deadline. It will likely start with a Zach LaVine trade but could extend well beyond just that. Chicago could also elect to move on from Patrick Williams during the offseason. If that does end up being the case, the Bulls will have the flexibility to do pretty much anything with their projected top 10 pick.

One name that could be on the Bulls' radar is Zacchaire Risacher, an intriguing 6-foot-8 wing playing in the French league. As we get deeper and deeper into the draft process, it'll be interesting to see how Risacher rises. He has the potential to end up being a top 3 pick in this year's draft class if he continues to impress this season.

At the very least, because of his length and athleticism, he translates as a player who could be a 3-and-D contributor right away. But because of the other aspects of his game, he also has the opportunity to be so much more than that in the right situation.
