9. Zion Williamson, New Orleans Pelicans

As a player who entered the league with plenty of hype and expectations, it's pretty safe to say that Zion Williamson has handled it the best he can. And if it wasn't for the injuries which, for the most part, are out of his control, the argument could be made that Zion should be ranked well higher than No. 9. But as he continues to attempt to move past his early career injury concerns, the future is very bright for Zion. When he's been healthy, Zion is routinely one of the most dominant players in the NBA.

Heading into this season, Zion appears to be in great shape and a good mindset. There's no guarantee that will lead to a successful season for Zion, but it will put him in the best position to take another step forward in his development as the potential face of the New Orleans Pelicans.

Zion has all the tools to not only be one of the best players at his position in the NBA but to also be one of the best players in the league. Is this the season where he could put his injuries behind him and realize his full potential?
