18. Atlanta Hawks

The Atlanta Hawks are one of the most interesting teams in the Eastern Conference. They're loaded with talent but through the first quarter of the season, they were relatively "meh." However, over the last couple of weeks, they've begun to show signs of improvement. Trae Young appears to have snapped out of his early-season slump and if that is indeed the case, the Hawks could emerge as a team to watch the rest of the season.

With as much talent as the Hawks have on their roster, this is a team that could be one big move away from emerging as a dark horse contender in the East. Atlanta reportedly still has their eyes on Pascal Siakam and he'd be an intriguing addition next to Young and Dejounte Murray. If they could pull off a deal for Siakam, the Hawks quickly go from just having a talented roster to being a possible contender.

If nothing else, the Hawks are certainly a team to watch heading into the NBA Trade Deadline. They have the assets to make a big splash and this is a team that would very much benefit from shaking up their roster a bit.
