3. Brandon Miller, Charlotte Hornets

Stats: 13.7 PPG, 4.0 RPG, 46 FG%

As the second overall pick from the 2023 NBA Draft, there was already a ton of pressure on the shoulders of Brandon Miller heading into the season. However, being selected by the Charlotte Hornets was almost the best-case possible scenario for him. That's because he's able to develop somewhat under the radar. And that's what he's been able to do through the first month of the season.

As you would expect from a rookie, Miller has had his ups and downs so far this season. About a week ago against the New York Knicks, Miller had the best game of his career thus far in which he scored 29 points on 10-15 shooting from the field. It was one of the first signs of how good Miller could be as an offensive weapon.

Miller should get bet as the season goes on and the Hornets are probably going to see many more flashes of his offensive potential. For now, Miller remains at No. 3.
