Hawks trade

Atlanta Hawks

Dating back to the summer, the Atlanta Hawks are a team that has been looking to make a splash move for a while now. During the offseason, they had their eyes on Pascal Siakam who was somewhat on the trade block. As we inch closer and closer to the NBA Trade Deadline, recent reporting suggests that the Hawks are still very much interested in making a move for Siakam. Interestingly enough, the Hawks have the assets to get a deal done.

What this possibility ultimately comes down to is whether the Toronto Raptors get to a point where they're willing to pull the trigger. For now, that remains very much a mystery. However, if the Raptors continue to struggle leading up to the deadline, that could very much change. If so, the Hawks will be waiting to pounce on the chance to land Siakam.

A package centered around Onyeka Okongwu, De'Andre Hunter, and two first-round picks should be enough to bring Siakam to Atlanta. Is that a middle-ground that both the Hawks and Raptors could meet at?
