NBA Trade Deadline target: Moses Moody, Golden State Warriors
It's safe to say that the early portions of the rebuild haven't exactly gone as expected for the Portland Trail Blazers. Scoot Henderson has struggled to start his career and the move for Deandre Ayton hasn't exactly played out as the Blazers hoped it would. But that's part of the process. It was never going to be a smooth transition into the rebuild and the Blazers are having to deal with that at the moment.
Nevertheless, heading into the NBA Trade Deadline, the Blazers are probably going to be more focused on selling some of their prized assets whether than buying one. Nevertheless, they should be targeting young players that perhaps haven't panned out as they would've liked. One player that comes to mind is Moses Moody.
Moody has gotten off to the best start of his career but simply hasn't gotten the opportunity to play that he probably deserves. Moody is averaging seven points on 45 percent shooting from the field. He deserves a chance to prove his worth. Perhaps the rebuilding Blazers could give him that opportunity.
