With the 2014-15 NBA season ready to begin, there’s no better time to reset the stage and take a objective look at each team from top to bottom.
And that’s exactly what I’ll do — kind of.
I’ve compiled a list of each team’s best player and “worst-good” player. A team’s “worst-good” player is someone who is viewed, or considered, good but that is bad. It’s a nicer way of saying overrated, but not really.
A team’s “worst-good” player is still good, just not good for the team necessarily. It’s quite complicated.
Nevertheless, I gave it a shot and compiled one great player and “bad” player for all 30 teams. There was one key rule, though. I didn’t include any players that are projected to miss the 2014-15 season. There aren’t many that are, but I stood by that one guideline.
Here are the results.
